NOT IMPRESSED.

Two weeks after the famous "razor blade eating" incident, Bailey is just fine AND totally unimpressed with all the hoopla surrounding the event. All sharp objects "passed" smoothly.

Lambing Season!

Last night, we visited Craig Jones at his sheep farm. It is lambing season and they are VERY busy! We got to see all the ewes and lambs. We also got a picture of a very rare "blue-eyed" ewe. Her eyes were striking and very different from your average sheep.

Bloody Wednesday

Bailey got into the bathroom garbage can and found some discarded razor blades. Erica is the lucky one who walked in and found a very bloody dog laying on our bed. Fortunately, things looked a lot worse than they actually were. The cuts were superficial and the bleeding had stopped before Erica found her. Other than some bloody rugs and bed spreads and a doggy bath (which she needed anyway), things are back to normal.

The proud grandparents!!!

Kaylan and Uncle Bret.

We feel so blessed to have a beautiful addition to our family. Kaylan Thurgood was given a name and blessing by her father Aaron on March 2nd, 2008. It was a wonderful day. Kelli was lovely and we are so proud of her.

Bret had a very nice time at the dance. We didn't get much information out of him though. He is not like his sisters in that regard. "We had a good time mom," is about all he said. We do not know that he went with a group of two other girls and their dates. One of the mothers made them all lunch and then one made them all dinner. He went with Angie Murdock and she bought him the matching blue tie. H bought her the wrist corsage. We didn't get a good picture of it but it was white roses with little pink carnations. Don't they look nice. He got home around midnight and then we woke up early to go to Salt Lake City for Kaylan's blessing.

Going to SLC to bless Kaylan.

Our granddaughter Kaylan is being given a name and blessing on Sunday, March 3rd. This Saturday Bret is going to a Sweetheart's dance. His date came over to the house and put clues all over the place inviting him to the dance. In return he bought balloons and wrote YES on all of them and took them to her house. Fun Fun. Today we will be picking up the wrist corsage. It is going to be a busy day for Bret.
